If you find them in geriatrics, as studies did in 75% of randomly tested hospitalized geriatrics tested for vitamin K deficiency by a rather insensitive prothrombin test (translation, real deficiency was >75%, perhaps closer to 100%), then you can be sure that younger people are accumulating the same deficits that will be severe by old age, and faster in those consuming a higher percentage of junk calories.
