Isn’t this obvious?

Junk is generated intracellularly and some is dumped extracellularly, but much junk accumulates intracellularly if it is not turned over daily. As more junk accumulates intracellularly, more is dumped extracellularly.

The existence of so much extracellular junk in diseases like Alzheimer’s is a sign that junk is being made faster than it is being turned over and excreted, and we need to slow down the rate at which junk is being made and increase the rate and extent of the daily turnover of all of this junk.
