What goes wrong even when we do everything right

The definition of “normal aging.”

What we so called “civilized” people are doing is anything but “normal.”

What we are doing is “abnormal aging,” “accelerated aging,” while paradoxically living longer – thanks, doctors!- and suffering the consequences thereof, due to doing at least one thing wrong – and perhaps many things wrong – for a sufficiently long period of time.

If one does things aggressively wrong, he can give himself type II diabetes in his teens.

If one does things a little bit wrong, one can give himself type II diabetes in his 60s or 70s.

If one does nothing wrong with respect to maintaining proper blood sugar regulation, one dies without ever having type II diabetes.
