- Specifically, not faith in revelation. The bible, which endorses slavery and genocide, is not a sound basis of ethical behavior, though it is not purely evil, as some of its vociferous opponents spuriously argue.
- Proof of human equality – possibly if one can manage it, since the golden rule follows from this. I outlined such a proof, but I am sure there are many flaws. If the thesis is in fact false, what next?
