A sensible fast food experiment?

In a recent, popular, month-long experiment, it was found that three fast food meals, totaling 5,000 calories a day, are bad for our health.

No surprise there.

Two fast food meals and one nutritious meal, totaling 2,000-3,000 calories a day, would be a more sensible experiment.

The sensible experiment has been done, and it is part of a body of ingenious experiments that modern science has unfortunately ignored. Too bad – as it is an obvious, practical solution to our health problems, in which we can be healthy – and enjoy at least two helpings of fast food or other comfort food daily.
