Personalized medicine: A real money spinner

A “money spinner” is something that sounds so good that people readily buy into it, but in reality it is expensive and thus good for the few, and useless or bad for the many. In the case of medicine, something that is good for doctors and drug companies, and either useless or bad for patients.

Most examples of personalized medicine (PM) are money spinners. What a disappointment PM has been so far!
